The rules favoured developed countries as they liberalise the trade of developing countries but not of developed countries.
Moreover, World Trade organization mainly consists developed countries
and therefore they favoured themselves.

Yeah because developed somehow actually doesnt liberalised their barriers but they force the WTO to liberalise the trade in weak countries because all financial help to WTO is provided by developed countries. Developed country want a market to sell their products in developing countries.
