Solution:

The salaries A, B, C are in the ratio:

\huge\boxed{\sf{2 : 3 : 5}}

Let:

A = 2x, B = 3x, C = 5x

A's new salary:

\implies (100 + 15%) of 2x

\implies \sf{\frac{115}{100} \times 2x}

\implies \sf{\frac{23x}{10}}

B's new salary:

\implies (100 + 10%) of 3x

\implies \sf{\frac{110}{100} \times 3x}

\implies \sf{\frac{33x}{100}}

C's new salary:

\implies (100 + 20%) of 5x

\implies \sf{\frac{120}{100} \times 5x}

\implies \sf{\frac{60x}{10}}

Ratio of their new salaries:

\huge\boxed{\sf{\frac{23x}{10} : \frac{33x}{10} : \frac{60x}{10}}}

Hence:

\huge\boxed{\sf{23:33:60}}

Therefore:

New ratio of salaries: 23 : 33 : 60
