8% of 2000=8/100×2000=160
10% of 2000 = 10/100×2000=200
20% of 2000 = 20/100×2000=400
200+400=600
Provident fund deducted = 160
Amount spent on house rent and education = 600

total salary=2000

and provident fund=8% of rupees 2,000=8/100×2000=rupees 160

money left under the dedication of provident fund=rupees 2000 - rupees 160=1840

money spent on house rent=10%

of rupees 1840=10/100×1840=rupees 184

and money spent on education is equals 20% of rupees 1840=20% of rupees 1840=20/100×1840=368

therefore provident fund=₹160, money spent on house rent=₹184

and money spent on education=₹368
