The salary of a private bus conductor consists partly of a fixed sum and partly of a commission which varies as the value of tickets sold. In two consecutive months he sold tickets worth Rs. 2,500 and
Rs. 3,600 respectively and received Rs. 445 and Rs. 500 respectively as salaries for these two months. If his salary for a particular month was Rs. 520, what was the value of the tickets sold by him, during that month?
