4)Na2CO3 because it is basic in aqueous medium & so the pH>7 while KCl is a salt of strong acid & strong base(KOH+HCl)so its pH=7(NEUTRAL)
Similarly,NH4Cl is acidic & (NH4)2 CO3 Is also neutral.
