in this question apply the basic formula that says:

    no. of moles * n factor = Q/96500

case 1 : for alcl₃                                                     n factor for Al = 3

  0.04 * 3 = Q/96500

therefore Q = 0.12 * 96500   -----------(1)

case 2 : for ZnCl₂                                                     n factor for Zn = 2

  no. of moles * 2 = Q/96500

now we know that   Q is same ...so put the value in 2 equation

     no.of moles *2 =  (0.12 * 96500)/96500

      no. of moles *2 = 0.12

no if moles of Zn = 0.06
