Subject: Poor condition of the sanitary

Respected Sir,

Through this email, I would like to draw your attention towards the sanitary condition of our area, Batala Road. The cleaning staff is not coming regularly, as a result piles of garbage can be seen everywhere.The garbage have blocked the drain in some of the areas. The drain water is overflown from the gutters. The smell is unbearable.  

This is resulting into the generation of many diseases like malaria, dengue, diarrhea etc.if this continues many people will loose their loved ones.  

I hereby request you to consider this issue seriously. I am looking for a forward response.
