Answer's  -49 since (-) - (-) = addition with - sign

(-19)-30 = - 49.
(-)+(-) = (+)   {because of this i have added 19 and 30}
we always put the sign in front of the answer which is there in front of the bigger number in the question.{-30 is bigger than -19 , so we will consider the negative sing of 30 and not 19}
