Solution :-

The Sarpanch received 3 votes out of every 4 votes polled.

Ratio = 3 : 1

Sum of the ratios = 3 + 1

= 4

So, number of votes received by the Sarpanch will be 3/4th of 5764.

⇒ (5764*3)/4

⇒ 17292/4

⇒ 4323 votes

So, the Sarpanch received 4323 votes.
