The scale of a map is 1cm 2500m. The distance between two places in real field i 15 km. What is the distance between the places in the map?

scale = 1cm:2500m = 1cm:2.5km

distance between places in real = 15 km

distance between places in map

= 15km/2.5km * 1cm

= 6*1cm
