very easy
take the tn formula
then find t2
you will get
t2=a+d
therefore a+d=8. (t2 is 8)
if we did same with t4 we get
a+3d=12
solve the pair of linear equation
you will get d=2 or a=6
now you have a and d so find the ap
by using the formula of tn
