In Duodenum: secretion - pancreatic juice
enzymes - amylopsin, streapsin and trypsin
In Ileum: secretion - intestinal juice from intestinal glands between the villi
enzymes - erepsin (pepsidase), maltase, sucrase, lactase and lipase.
