After fertilization, ovules develops into seeds. These seeds could be monocot (with one cotyledon) or dicot (with two cotyledon) depending upon the plant variety. These seeds contain the embryo, plumule, and radicle. Plumule develops in to shoot while Radicle develops into roots.
