Let Original price of a speedboat(c.p) = $ x
selling price (s.p) = $18000
according to the problem given,
selling price
(s.p) = 2×c.p+ $1500
=> 2x+1500=18000
=> 2x = 18000-1500
=>2x = 16500
=> x = 16500/2
=> x = 8250
Therefore,
Original price of the speedboat
