Let C.P.of 15 spoons be Rs x
so, C.P.of 1spoon =x/15
S.P. of 16 spoons =x
so, S.P. of 1 spoon =x/16
C.P>S.P
So, loss =Rs(x/15-x/16)
=Rs(16x-15x/240)
=Rs x/240
℅ loss = loss ×100/C.P.
= x/240×100/ x/15
=x×100×15/ 240×x
=1500x/240x
= 25/4
=6.25℅
