The selling price of two articles is equal to cost price of three articles. If a shopkeeper sold 6 articles find his gain percentage

let the cp of 1 article be 1

so cp of 3 articles is 3

A2Q, sp of 2 articles is equal to cp of 3 articles

so, sp of 2 articles = 3

sp of 1 article = 3/2

sp of 1 article = 1.5

now. cp of 1 article = 1

so total cp of 6 articles is 1*6=6

sp of 1 article = 1.5

total sp of 6 articles = 9

cp = 6

sp = 9

gain = sp - cp

gain = 9-6

gain = 3

gain%= gain*100/cp

gain% = 3*100/6

gain%= 300/6

gain % = 50%
