The separation of single cell from rest of the callus is called as cell division. It is the process by that the parent cell actually divides into 2 or more daughter cells. It commonly happens as the part of bigger cell type.  In the eukaryotes, there are 2 unique types of cell division available.   When it comes to vegetative division, it is where daughter cell is identical to parent cell.
