THE SEVEN WIVES OF BLUEBEARD
In a faraway town, lived a very rich
man. He had been married six times
and was called 'Bluebeard' because
of a frightful blue beard. He married
a pretty young maiden, yet again.
Bluebeard told her that she was free
to do anything but should never open
one small room.
Once when he was out, she opened the
door of that small room. And saw the
bodies of Bluebeard's first six wives!
Just then, he returned and thundered:
Now you will also die.' The terrified
woman began to scream. To her good
fortune, her two brothers had come to
meet her. Rushing inside, they saved
her by killing Bluebeard.
moral :being bad inside but showing good outside doesn't mean that you are not bad.
