we can write 7th term as:-
a+6d
and 10th term as:-
a+9d
now,
a+6d =a+9d +7
-3d =7
d= -7/3
given:a=3
to find;
sum of 1st 100 term
sum(100)= n/2(2a+(n-1)d)
100/2(2×3+(100-1)×(-7/3)
50(6+99×(-7/3))
-11550
a+6d
and 10th term as:-
a+9d
now,
a+6d =a+9d +7
-3d =7
d= -7/3
given:a=3

sum of 1st 100 term
