The shaded area in the adjacent figure between the circumference of two concentric circles is 346.5 CM square the circumference of the inner circle is 88 CM calculate the radius of the outer circle

Answer:

circumference inner cirlce =2πr

2*22/7*r=88

r=88*8/22*2

r= 14

area of shaded region =area of inner cirlce -area of outer circle

346.5=616- are of outer circle

346.5+616= 22/7*r ^2

962.5=22/7*r^2

√306.5=r ^2

r= 17.5 cm^2
