hi!

AB is the height of the building.

BC is its shadow.

BC = 20m.

The angle of elevation of the sun is 60°

<ACB = 60°

In triangle ABC,

 \tan(60)  =  \frac{ ab }{bc}
 \sqrt{ 3}  =  \frac{ab}{20}

ab = 20 \times  \sqrt{3}

ab \:  = 20 \times 1.73

ab = 34.60m

I.e
AB = 34.60m.

Therefore,
The height of the building is 34.60m.

hope this helps ! !
