The shadows of 1om high pole is 6m then find shadow of 15m high pole on same day same time

  • so,y/x=k
  • 10/6=k
  • 15/y=k, where k is equal to constant of variation
  • 15/y=10/6
  • 10y=15*6
  • y=90/10
  • y=9
  • therefore shadow of 50m pole is equal to 9 metre
