for the rectangular at the middle
the area = l * b
the area of semi circle on the length side = 1/2 * 22/7 * (l/2)^ 2
the area of semi circle on breadth side = 1/2 * 22/7 * (b/2)^ 2
therefore ,
            area =  l * b +  1/2 * 22/7 * (l/2)^ 2 + 1/2 * 22/7 * (b/2)^ 2

the perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
the circumferemce of semi circle on the length side = 1/2 * 22/7 * l/2
the circumference  of semi circle on breadth side = 1/2 * 22/7 * b/2
therefore ,
            perimeter = 2(l+b) +  +  1/2 * 22/7 * l/2 + 1/2 * 22/7 * b/2
