length of rectangle = 22- 2 radius of semicircle

area of racing track=area of rectangle+area of 2 semicircle

=l*b+π/2r²

=15*7+1/2*22/7*3.5*3.5

=105+19.25

=124.25m²

perimeter=2πr+15+15

=2*22/7*3.5+30

=22+30

=52m
