BECAUSE AS BUS IS ON GROUND ND NOT HOVERING IT CAN RUN ON FRICTION AND IT DOESN'T MIND AIR RESISTANCE !!!

A PLANE IS HOVERING IN AIR ND THE AIR ABOVE IS THINNER SO IF THERE IS MORE AIR RESISTANCE IT LOSES LIFT ND STALLS OUT OF SKY !!!
