Base i)= 1 m
Base ii)= 1.2 m
Perpendicular distance or height= 0.8 m
So,
Area of trapezium =[ {(base i)+(base ii)} / 2] *height
=[{(1 m)+(1.2)}/2]*0.8
=[(2.2)/2]*0.8
=1.1*0.8
=0.88 sq. metre
