Increase % =8

Total sheep after 1 year= 200+(8% of 200)

$200 + \frac{200 \times 8}{100} \\ \\ = 200 + 16 \\ \\ = 216$
Total sheep after 2nd year= 216+(8% of 216)

$= 216 + \frac{216 \times 8}{100} \\ \\ = 216 + 17.28 \\ \\ = 233.28$
Total sheep after 3rd year= 233.28+(8% of 233.28)

$= 233.28 + \frac{233.28 \times 8}{100} \\ \\ = 233.28 + 18.67 \\ \\ = 251.94$

So,after 3 years that shephered has ≈ 252 sheeps.
