= Rs. 40 * 100

= Rs. 4000

Extra cash = Rs. (5000 - 4000)

= Rs. 1000

In Rs. 1000, the number of books with Rs. 100 cost each, can be bought

= 1000 ÷ 100

= 10

Thus, total number of books with Rs. 25 discount each is

= 40 + 10
