Shorter side = 8.4 cm

Longer side = 3* shorter side / 2

= 3*8.4 / 2

= 3* 4.2

= 12.6 cm

Perimeter = 2( Sum of adjacent sides)

= 2 * (8.4 + 12.6)

= 2 * 21

= 42 cm

Shorter side = 8.4 cm

Longer side =
 \frac{3}{2} \times \frac{84}{10}

= 12.6 cm

Perimeter of parellalogram = side + side + side + side or 2 ( longer side + shorter side)

= 2 ( 12.6 + 8.4 ) cm

=42 cm
