Step-by-step explanation:

longer side - l

shorter side - s

l = s + 1/2 s

l = 4.6 + 1/2 (4.6)

l = 4.6 + 2.3

l = 6.9

Perimeter of parallelogram = 2×(l+b)

= 2×(6.9 + 4.6)

= 2×(11.5)

= 23 cm

\large {\green {\sf {\underline {\underline{Step-by-step \: Solution}}}:-}}

Let ABCD be parallelogram and its shorter sides be

AB = CD = 4.6 \: cm \\ Longer \: sides, AD = BC = (4.6 + 2.3) \: cm = 6.9 \: cm \\ Perimeter = 2  \: (6.9 + 4.6)  \: cm \\  = 2 \times 11.5 \: cm = 23 \: cm
