Let ABCD be parallelogram and its shorter sides be
AB = CD = 4.6 cm
Longer sides, AD = BC = (4.6 + 2.3) cm = 6.9 cm
Perimeter = 2 (6.9 + 4.6) cm
= 2 × 11.5 cm = 23 cm
