Let length be l=3x

Let breadth be b= 2x

Given: Perimeter = 50 cm(maybe)

Perimeter = 2(l + b)

[substituting value of perimeter in RHS and vaue of length and breadth on LHS.]

50cm= 2 (3x + 2x)

50cm= 10x

therefore, x = 5cm

hence, length = 3x =3*5cm=15cm

           breadth=2x=2*5cm=10cm

perimeter of the rectangle = 2 (length + breadth)
=>50=2( 3x+ 2x)
=>50/2=5x
