$\bold \red{let \: the \: length \: is \: 5 x\: and \: breadth \: is \: 4x}$

$\bold \pink{2(5x + 4x) = 90cm}$

$\bold \blue{x = \frac{90 \times 2}{9}}$

$\bold \red{ x = \frac{180}{9} =20 }$

$\bold \blue{length = 5x = 5 \times 20 = 100}$

$\bold \red{4x = 4 \times 20 = 80}$

Therefore the length is 100 cm and breadth is 80 cm.
