 \bold \blue{ANSWER}

 \bold \purple{the \: ratio \:of \: sides \:  5:4 \: }

 \bold \orange{perimeter \: of \: rectangle \:  = 2(l + b)}

 \bold \red{let \: the \: length \: is \: 5 x\: and \: breadth \: is \: 4x}

 \bold \pink{2(5x + 4x) = 90cm}

 \bold \blue{x =  \frac{90 \times 2}{9}}

 \bold \red{ x = \frac{180}{9} =20  }

  \bold \blue{length = 5x = 5 \times 20 = 100}

 \bold \red{4x = 4 \times 20 = 80}

Therefore the length is 100 cm and breadth is 80 cm.

hope it helps you
