4x ×3x =1728
12x×x=1728
Therefore x =12
Therefore the side r 48 and 36
Therefore perimeter is 2(84+36)
=168(ans)

Area = l × b

1728 = 4x × 3x

12x² = 1728

x² = 1728 / 12

x² = 144

x = 12

Sides are .....

4x = 4 × 12 = 48

3x = 3 × 12 = 36

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 × [ l + b ]

= 2 × [ 48 + 36 ]

= 2 × 84

= 168
