area= B*H*1/260=5x*3x-1*1/2120=15x^2-18=x^2-19=x^23=x

one side = 5*3=15cm
second side = 3*3-1=8cm
hypotenuse^2=15^2+8^2
h^2=225+64h^2=289h=17

perimeter = 15+8+17 cm
=40 cm
