By pythagorean triplet occurential theorum ,

X + 1 must be hypotenuse.

Hence , ( x + 1 ) ^ 2 = (x)^2 + (x-1) ^2

=> x^2 + 2x + 1 = x^2 + x^2 + 1 - 2x

Cancel out 1 and x^2 , we get

2x + 1 = x^2 - 2x

x^2 = 4x

x = 4.

Now , x - 1 = 4 - 1 = 3

also , x + 1 = 4 + 1 = 5

Hence , sides of triangles are 3 , 4 and 5 units.
