given:

side of the square field=110m

perimeter of the square field=side×4

=110×4

=440m

therefore cost of fencing ₹15 per m²=440×15

=₹6600

area of the square field=side×side

=110×110

=12100m²

cost for making lawn if per m² costs ₹20= 12100×20

=₹242000

hence, total cost=242000+6600

=₹248600
