To find out the area of the path= Area of ABCD-Area of PQRS

PQ= AB- 2× Width of the path
= 60-20
= 40 m

= 40²
= 1600 m²
Area of the path= Area of ABCD-Area of PQRS
= 3600-1600
= 2000 m²
