if side of square measures=a
then area
 = {a}^{2}
if side =(2x+3)
then
area
 = (2x + 3) {}^{2} \\
we know
(x + y) {}^{2} = {x}^{2} + {y}^{2} + 2xy \\
apply this
(2x + 3) {}^{2} = 4 {x}^{2} + 9 + 12x \\
therefore area
 = 4 {x}^{2} + 9 + 12x \: sq \: units

if X!=30
then area
(2x + 3) {}^{2} = (2(30) + 3) {}^{2} \\ = 63 {}^{2}
