Answer:

Side of square 1 (original) = 50m

Side of square 2 (original*2) = 50*2 = 100m

Perimeter of a square = 4*side

Perimeter of square 1 = 4*50 = 200

Perimeter of square 2 = 4*100 = 400

400 = 200*2

Therefore, we can conclude by saying that the perimeter of the new square is 2 times the perimeter of the original square.
