Answer:

Perimeter of a square = 4a , Where a is the side of the square.

Here,

a = 75m.

⇒ Perimeter of the square garden = 4 × 75

⇒ Perimeter of the square garden = 300m.

\boxed{\sf Cost \: of \: buying \: the \: fence = Perimeter \: of \: the \:garden * Rate \:of \:fence}

Costofbuyingthefence=Perimeterofthegarden∗Rateoffence

Here,

Perimeter of the square garden = 300m.

Rate of fencing = ₹34/m.

⇒ Cost of buying the fence = 300 × 34

⇒ Cost of buying the fence = ₹ 10200

∵ It is said in the question that four layers of fence is laid around the garden

⇒ Total amount to buy the fence = 4 × 10200

⇒ Total amount to buy the fence = ₹40800
