Perimeter = 12 + 35 + 37 = 84 cm
Semi Perimeter (s) = 84/2 =42 cm
Area of triangle =
 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)} \\ = \sqrt{42(42 - 12)(42 - 35)(42 - 37)} \\ = \sqrt{42 \times 30 \times 7 \times 5} \\ = 6 \times 5 \times 7 = 210 \: sq \: cm
Hope this is ur required answer.

sides are : a=12cm, b=35cm, c=37cm
S=(a+b+c)/2
S=(12+35+37)/2
S=42

using heron's formula
Area of the triangle = √[s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)]

= √[42(42-12)(42-35)(42-37)]

= √[(42)(30)(7)(5)]

= √44100

= 210
so the area of ∆ is 210 sq cm
