S=(a+b+c)/2
S=(12+35+37)/2
S=42

using heron's formula
Area of the triangle = √[s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)]

= √[42(42-12)(42-35)(42-37)]

= √[(42)(30)(7)(5)]

= √44100

= 210
so the area of ∆ is 210 sq cm
