Since the perimeter of the triangle is 60 cm

⇒ x+x+4+x+8=60

⇒3x+12=60

⇒3x=60-12

⇒3x=48

⇒x=12

Length of first side = 12 cm

Length of second side = 12+4=16 cm

Length of third side = 16+4=20 cm
