The side of a triangular field are 65cm 156cm and 169cm find the area of the field and the length of the shortest altitude

perimeter=65+156+169
               =384
semiperimeter=p/2
                        =384/2
                         = 192
 now put the values into heron's formula..hope you know it !! :P
 

shortest altitude means the height

so to find the height

ar. of a Δ=1/2 multiplied by Base multiplies by height

ar is d one u got above when  = 1/2 multiplied by 169 multiplies by height
u applied herons formula            

solve the equation
