let the sides be x
then we add the sides and in equal perimeter like 25x+17x+12x=540m
54x=540
x=540/54
x=10
multiply
25*10=250
17*10=170
12*10=120
use formula of herons formula
s=540/2=270
 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}
by putting values you got answer

☆HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER☆

LET THE SIDES BE x THEN OUR RATIOS WILL BE 25x,17x,12x
-》perimeter = a+b+c
540 =25x+17x+12x
540=54x
540/54=x
10=x
-》now our sides will be 250cm,170cm,120cm.
-》area
-》s=a+b+c/2
=250+170+120/2
=540/2
=270.
