a=b=c=7.732 cm

area of triangle using herons formula

S= a+b+c/2 = 23.196/2 = 11.598

A= √S(S-a)(S-b)(S-c)

=√11.598×(11.598-7.732)(11.598-7.732)(11.598-7.732)

= √11.598×3.866³

= √670.144

= 25.887 cm²
