Given :- the side of an equilateral triangle measure 7-3/8 cm . find 1/2 of the perimeter of the triangle. ?

Answer :-

→ side of an equilateral triangle = 7 - (3/8) = (56 - 3)/8 = (53/8) cm ..

since all sides of an equilateral triangle are same in length .

so,

→ Perimeter of given equilateral triangle = sum of all three sides = 3 * one side = 3 * (53/8) = (159/8) cm .

then,

→ Half of perimeter of the triangle = (1/2) * (159/8) = (159/16) = 9(15/16) cm (Ans.)
