1.5m=150cm
New side= 150+25=175cm=1.75m

Area of enlarged flower bed= 1.75×1.75=3.0625 m^2

Increase in area= Area of enlarged flower bed - Area of original flower bed
= 3.0625 - 1.5×1.5
=3.0625 - 2.25
= 0.8125m^2

Side of the square bed = 1.5 m = 150 cm
Area = side * side = 150 * 150 = 22500 cm²
New area = 200 cm (150 + 25 + 25)  * 200 = 40000 cm²
Area enlarged  = 40000  - 22500 = 17500 cm²
Increase area = 17500/22500 * 100% = 77.7%
