the Side of rectangular Park are in the ratio 5:4:. if it's area is 2880M find the cost of fencing at Rs 25 per metre

let the length be 5x and breadth be 4x 

then, as we know that the area of rectangle is 

area of rectangle = length * breadth

here, area of rectangle = 2880

then 

2880 = length * breadth 

2880 = 4x*5x

2880 = 20x^2

2880/20 = x^2

144= x^2

12=x


then the breadth of rectangle = 4*12 =48
and length of rectangle = 5*12 =60

then the perimeter = 2(length + breadth) 


here, perimeter of rectangle = 2*(48+60)


perimeter of rectangle = 2*108 = 216m

now,




cost of fencing at Rs 25 per metre = 25*216


cost of fencing = Rs 5400
