A=\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)} where s = \frac{a + b + c}{2}

A=\frac{1}{4}\sqrt{ -a^{4} +2(ab)^{2}  +2(ac)^{2}  -b^{4} +2(bc)^{2} -c^{4} }

A =\frac{1}{4}\sqrt{-17^{4} +2(17.25)^{2} +2(17.6)^{2} -25^{4} +2(25.26x^{2} -26^{4} }

A =204cm²
